Mid-Week Motivation: Some Words Of Encouragement

Hello everyone, happy Wednesday 😊

I hope that everyone’s week is going good so far.

This post is to give motivation to everyone reading it to remind you all to keep going. Keep pushing forward towards your goal, no matter what is going on in your life right now.

I know sometimes things happen that discourage us on continuing down the path towards our goals, but you have to keep going. Nothing in life is ways and I promise once you reach where you are trying to get to in life it will all be worth it. I know saying this is easier said then done, but remain positive through it all and always think positive about every situation you may encounter in your journey. Good or bad.

I won’t ramble on, but I just wanted to give that person that is feeling a little down some words of encouragement. I hope this helps and I hope the rest of the week goes great for each and every one of you and that you move closer to achieving your goals.

Until next time…stay positive!

Last Party Of The Summer!

Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday 😄

Yesterday in the US we celebrated Labor Day! Labor Day recognizes the workers and what they contribute to society. Many choose to use this day as the last time to get together with friends and family one last time before the summer comes to an end.

I had the pleasure of going back home and celebrating my Labor Day with my family. I live about four hours from my family and with my busy life it’s hard for me to go back and celebrate holidays with them.

So you guys already know that I was very excited to spend time with them. My family spent the day in my Moms backyard barbecuing and having a good time. We laughed and ate good food. I was happy to see my son play with his cousin whom he doesn’t get to see that often.

That party was our last time to have fun in the sun, even though it rained a little, we still enjoyed ourselves. I was having such a good time that I didn’t take plenty pictures to capture the moment.

Yesterday was great but so was the entire weekend. It’s nice to spend time with family and having a great time!

Oh Hey September!

Hey guys and happy Saturday!

It’s a new month so you know what that means. It’s time to set some new goals for the month. It’s time to put everything that has happened bad to us in August and start fresh. It’s time to refocus on the things that we want to accomplish and leave all the negativity in last month

You had a great August? Well it’s time to celebrate your accomplishments and hard work. It’s time to relax without getting to comfortable and enjoy yourself for a bit. It’s time to keep the positivity going into this new month. However your month of August went it’s a new month now, so it’s a new beginning for bigger and better.

This month my goal is to save, save, and save some more. I have a birthday coming up and it’s getting close to the holiday season. So I want to start saving so that I can enjoy myself without feeling guilty for overspending. September is my favorite month because fall is near and fall is my favorite season!

Throughout the month of September, I will be featuring some money saving idea that I like to use when it’s time to save some coins.

I hope that the month of September bring you all many blessings in every part of your lives.

Ways To Handle Your Little Picky Eater.

Hello everyone and happy Sunday 🙂

I hope that you all are having a great weekend doing whatever it is that makes your heart smile.

I know that I am not the only Mom that has to deal with a picky eater. I don’t know if it’s just a phase but my son is very picky when it’s comes to eating food. It’s seem like everyday his little tastebuds change up on me and I’m back to square one. Trying to figure out how to feed him while making sure at the same time that he is getting the nutritions that he needs to grow healthy and strong.

So I have been doing some research and trying different thing to get him to eat. So I would like to share with you guys the tips that I use to deal with my little picky eater.

  1. Lead By Example- I have learned that if I want my son to eat, that I have to eat it with him. If he sees me eating something he will eat it with me. This works especially if you are having a hard time introducing veggies to your little ones.
  2. Shop Smart- What this means is only buy the foods you want to introduce. If you do not want your child to eat unhealthy then do not purchase unhealthy foods for them to eat.
  3. Get The Kids Involved- Involve the little ones in good prep as much as possible. Kids are more like to eat what they have prepared.
  4. Snack Routine- Stick to some sort of snack routine. I personally have my son eat his snacks at the same time everyday. That way he is kind of looking forward to them.
  5. Don’t Force- I know that we all really want our kids to broccoli but if they really do not want to eat it then do not force them. Try to introduce in a different way.

Well guys, those are a few of the thing that I did to get my little picky eater eating more. Comment below and share with me your ideas and stories about your little ones.

Until next time…Stay positive!
